Our Vision

God is actively reseeding North America with an emerging network of churches committed to engaging our disconnected culture with the gospel.  This movement is leading the way in missional engagement like never before, committed to rethinking what it means to be and make disciples in the context of the local church.   

Here at ChurchPlanters.com we see ourselves as a small part of this kingdom movement, building a growing network of church planters and emerging church leaders committed to reaching people who are disconnected from Christ and the church and growing healthy churches with exponential impact.

 Our Mission

 We exist to network and coach new and emerging church leaders with the best practices of church planters.     

 Our Strategy

•  Connect emerging leaders in learning communities.
  

                We facilitate two coaching networks in strategic cities each year.  

•  Model healthy leader and healthy church in context of local church.

Once a year we host ChurchPlanters.com, the conference at Mountain Lake Church just north of Atlanta, where we build new relationships and where we bring in a number of key leaders and model one expression of a healthy church.

•  Resource emerging leaders with best practices.

We provide resources on our Best Practices of Emerging Leaders.   Resources can be purchased online.

•  Coach emerging leaders to greater kingdom impact.

We enter into a few selected coaching networks each year for the purpose of one-on-one coaching.

• Partner with key organizations and ministries committed to the success of church planters and emerging leaders. 
  

We are committed to a few relationships with organizations and ministries that share our passion for helping church planters and emerging leaders.  We do this by informing these organizations of key learnings and informing church planters and emerging leaders of their commitment to invest in them.

Our Values

The Disconnected - We believe that disconnected people are important to God and that church planting is about finding contextual means for connecting disconnected people to Christ and the church. 

The Church - We believe that the church is first and foremost the missionary and we are to be a missional people with missional leaders.  God has chosen to work through the Church to reach mankind, and it is our responsibility to be faithful to his mission by planting missional churches with missional leaders. 

Leaders - We believe that throughout the ages God has chosen to use spiritual leaders to guide his church.  Investing in those who lead God's church is a sacred call and part of who God has designed us to be.

The Kingdom - We believe God is about collaboration and that His Kingdom is diverse and varies.  He invites us to be a small part of this Kingdom, bringing us together in community with others for the accomplishment of his purposes.

Church Planting - We believe God is reseeding North America with new churches.  As the dust settles on modernity and a new world emerges, we see a beautiful Bride emerging.
